• Username format is lastname.familiarname (not your email address)
• It may be that Windows has "remembered" incorrect login information -- use the backspace and delete keys to delete it (both fields)
• Usernames are not case-sensitive, but passwords are.  Therefore if your password is numeric you need not be concerned
• Guests should call a member, or the club at (604) 922-9331, for a username and password.
• Members and staff continuing to have difficulty should   to email us
